Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bubblekin Garden (the “Game”). By playing or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Using the Game

You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the Game, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to related systems, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods to overload or scrape the service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its original characters, artwork, code, name, design, text, sounds, and gameplay presentation, is owned by or licensed to the Game’s publisher and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may share ordinary screenshots and gameplay recordings for commentary, reviews, and non-commercial social posts, provided you do not claim the Game or its characters as your own.

3. Scores and Local Progress

High scores and discovered forms are stored locally in your browser. They may be lost if you clear browser data, change devices or browsers, use private browsing, or if storage is unavailable. We do not guarantee recovery or permanent preservation of local progress.

4. Availability and Changes

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time. We aim to keep the Game available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The Game may use or link to third-party services, including hosting and analytics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game’s publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the Game evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
