Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play or visit Bubblekin Garden (the “Game”). The Game does not currently require an account, ask for your name, or process purchases.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game uses browser local storage to remember your best score and the Bubblekin forms you have discovered. This gameplay data stays in your browser and is not sent to our own server. You can delete it by clearing this site’s browser data.

2. Analytics Information

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-C9F3WMJ1W0) to understand how the site is used and improve the Game. Through its default implementation, Google Analytics may collect:

• session and page-usage statistics;
• approximate geographic region;
• browser, device, operating-system, and screen information; and
• a client identifier stored in a first-party _ga cookie.

Google may process an IP address during collection for routing, security, and approximate-location purposes, subject to Google’s policies and regional practices. We do not ask Google Analytics to collect your name, email address, or game score.

3. Why We Use This Information

We use aggregated analytics to measure visits, identify device or performance problems, understand which pages are useful, and guide improvements to the Game. Local gameplay data is used only to restore your progress and best score on the same browser.

4. Cookies and Your Choices

Google Analytics may place cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, use a privacy or content-blocking extension, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking analytics should not prevent the core Game from working, although clearing local storage will erase locally saved progress.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

Analytics information is processed by Google as our analytics provider, and site requests are processed by our hosting and content-delivery provider. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in different countries under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

6. Retention

Local gameplay data remains until you clear it or your browser removes it. Analytics information is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable retention practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a connected service, please use the contact channel described below.

8. External Links

The site may link to external services or distribution pages. Their privacy practices are outside our control, so please review their policies before providing information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the Game or its services change. We will revise the effective date above when a material update is published.
